This is a replacement dual exhaust system available in aluminized steel. This exhaust system is made to order for your specific year and model vehicle as selected above. If you have questions for determining specific model information, please contact us directly. The pipes are manufactured from 16 gauge aluminized steel and mufflers are made to OE specifications in aluminized steel as well. Aluminized steel has a life expectancy of 20-25 years and is considered to be truer to the original material on vintage vehicles. The image is an example of a similar exhaust system, you will receive the correct system as ordered.
For 1955 this is a dual conversion exhaust and consists of the following; left driver side front, center and rear exhaust pipes, right passenger side exhaust pipe, and both left and right side mufflers and tailpipes.
For 1956-1957 the system requires a cast iron extension pipe on the left driver side. This part is not included. This dual exhaust system consists of left driver side front and rear exhaust pipe, right passenger side exhaust pipe, and both left and right side mufflers and tailpipes.
